Is my file stored?
No. The original file is checked and discarded right away. We keep the check result and, for a short time (24 hours to 7 days, depending on the plan), the clean copy for you to download.
How does cleaning on my computer work?
In local mode, cleaning runs inside your browser: text, CSV and Word files are cleaned without being sent over the internet. It even works offline.
What data do you find?
US Social Security, ITIN, EIN, passport and driver’s license numbers, bank accounts, IBAN, cards, emails, phone numbers and ZIP codes, plus Brazilian documents. Document numbers are verified by check digit. On paid plans, an AI model also finds names of people, companies and addresses.
Is cleaning guaranteed?
It catches the vast majority of data, but no tool is 100% accurate. Take a quick look at the clean copy before using it.
